A Mini Session is designed to create beautiful portraits in a shorter time frame. These sessions focus primarily on portrait-style images rather than candid, lifestyle photos. I’ll gently guide you through the session while always aiming to capture the genuine connection between you and your family. Although the focus is on portraits, I avoid stiff or overly posed images, creating photos that feel both natural and timeless.
Outdoor Mini Photo Sessions are available for:

It’s a great option when you have young kids (toddlers, babies) who’ll probably think a full hour session is a little too long.

Mini Photo Sessions are available on weekday mornings and Saturdays.

Mini photo session in Chicago:
A mini photo session in Chicago takes
up to 25-30 minutes.
All sessions include an online gallery and your choice of 10 digital images with the option to purchase additional Images. All images are hand edited, high resolution, and include a print release.

Where do mini photo sessions take place?
Outdoor mini photo sessions only take place in Chicago at either one of these locations:
-The bridge over the South pond near Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago
– North Avenue beach, Chicago
– Lincoln Park Conservatory – outdoor gardens
It’s up to you, which one of the three locations you choose for your mini photo session.

Good question!
Mini photo sessions are not meant for (big) family gatherings, wedding parties or other big events. Immediate family only, within one household.
